About the owner
Benito Rodriguez is a proud Michigan native, where he continues to reside and serve his community. A retired United States Air Force veteran, Benito was the Senior Leader of Air Mobility Command Aircraft Maintenance Training. In this role, he led approximately 13,000 personnel and ensured the successful execution of safe, reliable, and sustainable missions, including Airlift, Air Refueling, Air Mobility Support, and Aeromedical Evacuation.
Benito holds five academic degrees, including a Master of Science in Project Management from Central Michigan University. He is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute®, and is on track to obtain his Residential Maintenance & Alteration Contractor (Independent Contractor) license in the spring of 2025. Additionally, Benito is pursuing certification as a Certified Professional Organizer through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing®.
With nearly 28 years of experience in leading multi-billion dollar projects and programs, Benito brings a unique combination of leadership, precision, and craftsmanship to every project.
